Block a Client and they can't reach you or book you again. You stay in control of who's on your books.
Blocking happens inside the report flow. When you report a Booking, blocking that Client is included by default.
Q: How do I block a Client?
A: You block from the Booking:
Open the Booking.
Tap the three dots in the top right to open Actions.
Tap Report content.
Choose a Reason and tell us what happened in the Message field.
Leave Block client checked. It's on by default.
Tap REPORT.
You can also long-press a Booking in your Bookings list to open the same Actions menu.
If you'd rather report the Booking without blocking the Client, uncheck Block client before you submit.
Q: What happens when I block a Client?
A: Four things:
The Booking is hidden from your Bookings list.
The message thread is hidden for both of you.
The Client can't open your profile or your Booking Form while they're signed in, so they can't send you a new Booking Request.
The Support Team reviews the report and reaches out if anything needs follow-up.
Your other Bookings, your profile, and your payments aren't affected.
Q: Does the Client know they've been blocked?
A: No. We don't send them an email, text, or push notification about it, and nothing in the app tells them they've been blocked. Their conversation with you closes, and if they go looking for your profile it comes up as not found.
Q: What's the difference between declining a Booking and blocking a Client?
A: Declining closes the Booking and cancels any pending payments. The message thread closes with it, so neither of you can pick the conversation back up, but the Client can still send you a new Booking Request. Declining is for projects you're not taking.
Blocking also closes the conversation, and it stops new Booking Requests from that account. Blocking is for behavior.
One thing to know: a Booking that's already been paid can't be declined. Mark it complete instead.
Q: Can I unblock someone?
A: There's no unblock button in the app today. Reach out to the Support Team and we can reverse it for you.
Q: Can a Client block me?
A: No. Clients don't have a block option. They can report you, which hides your profile and their Bookings with you from their own account. Your profile stays live for every other Client, and nothing is removed from your Bookings list.
We don't notify you when someone files a report. If it needs follow-up, the Support Team reaches out.
Q: What else can I report?
A: Anywhere you see the three dots, you can report what you're looking at: a Client's Booking, a profile, a Wanna Do Design, or a photo. Every report goes to the Support Team with your reason and your message.
Q: Someone I blocked showed up again. What now?
A: Report the new Booking the same way and reach out to the Support Team. Send us both names so we can look at the accounts together.
