How do I report an Artist or a Booking?

How to report an Artist, a Booking, or content on CO:CREATE, and what happens after you do.

If something isn't right, report it. The Support Team reviews every report, confidentially.

Q: How do I report an Artist?

A: From their profile:

  1. Open the Artist's profile.

  2. Tap the three dots to open More Actions.

  3. Tap Report Artist.

  4. Choose a Reason and tell us what happened in the Message field.

  5. Tap REPORT.

Q: How do I report a Booking or a conversation?

A: From the Booking:

  1. Open the Booking.

  2. Tap the three dots in the top right to open Actions.

  3. Tap Report content.

  4. Choose a Reason and tell us what happened in the Message field.

  5. Tap REPORT.

Q: What happens after I report an Artist?

A: Their profile and any Bookings you have with them are hidden from your account, so you won't run into them while you're browsing. Reporting a Booking hides that Booking and its message thread.

The Support Team reviews the report and reaches out if anything needs follow-up.

Q: Does the Artist know I reported them?

A: Reports are confidential. We don't send the Artist a notification telling them you reported them.

Q: I already paid. Does reporting get my money back?

A: No. Reporting doesn't cancel a payment or start a refund. Those are two separate things, so reach out to the Support Team and we'll look at your Booking with you. See Can I get a refund for a tattoo purchase? for how refunds work.

Q: Can I undo a report?

A: Not from the app. Reach out to the Support Team and we can reverse it for you.

Q: What else can I report?

A: Anywhere you see the three dots, you can report what you're looking at: an Artist's profile, a Wanna Do Design, a photo, or a Booking. Every report goes to the Support Team with your reason and your message.

Q: Can I block an Artist?

A: There's no separate block button, because reporting already does it. Once you report an Artist, their profile stops loading for you and their Bookings drop out of your list.

Q: Can an Artist block me?

A: Yes. Artists can block a Client when they report a Booking. If it happens, your conversation with them closes and you won't be able to send them a new Booking Request. Their profile comes up as not found, and nothing tells you a block is the reason. No other Artist is affected.

Any Booking you already have with them stays in your Bookings list. A payment you've already made isn't refunded automatically, so reach out to the Support Team if you think a block was a mistake or you need help with a Booking you paid for.
