The Dashboard is your new home screen in the CO:CREATE app. It shows your upcoming schedule, the Bookings that need action from you, and your earnings. Everything updates automatically from your Bookings, payments, and synced Google Calendar.
Upcoming Section
Your upcoming CO:CREATE appointments and your Google Calendar events in one place. Tap an appointment to open the Booking, or tap Calendar to see your whole week or month. To see personal events alongside your CO:CREATE appointments, connect your Google Calendar in Settings > Scheduling (see "How to sync your Google Calendar with CO:CREATE").
What Needs You Section
Every Booking waiting on you, sorted by urgency into six groups:
New requests. Booking Requests you haven't reviewed yet. Tap Review to check it out and decide if you want to request a deposit or decline the request.
Expired deposits. A deposit request lapsed unpaid. Tap Renew to give the Client another chance to pay, or decline the request if you're no longer interested.
Awaiting response. The Client sent the last message and is waiting on you to respond. Tap Reply.
Needs review. A request you haven't accepted or declined yet. Tap Review and request a deposit, or decline the Booking if you're not interested.
Follow up. A Client went quiet after your last message. Tap Check in to follow up with them about Booking with you.
Wrap up. A Booking with no upcoming appointments that hasn't had activity for a while. Tap Wrap up to schedule another session or mark it Completed if the tattoo is done.
Items clear when you handle them: once the deposit is paid, the reply is sent, or the Booking is completed or declined, it's checked off your list.
Earnings Section
What you've earned through CO:CREATE, all time and over the last 30 days. Every paid deposit and payment is counted there.
Just getting set up?
When you first sign up, the Dashboard shows what's left to finish setting up your account, like connecting Stripe and completing your profile. Once completed, your Dashboard will update and suggest creating a Pay Link or sharing your profile link to get Clients Booked.
