How to sync your Google Calendar

Sync your CO:CREATE Calendar with your Google Calendar, so that both always stay up to date.

Connect your Google Calendar to see your whole schedule in one place. Your CO:CREATE appointments are added to your Google Calendar automatically, and your Google events show on your CO:CREATE calendar so you can schedule around them.

Connect your Google Calendar

  1. Go to Settings > Scheduling and tap Connect Google Calendar.

  2. Choose the Google account you want to connect and give permission.

  3. Toggle on the calendars from that account you want to see on your CO:CREATE calendar.

  4. If your account has more than one calendar, choose where your appointments go under Add appointments to. Otherwise, they're added to your main calendar.

You can connect one Google account at a time. Connecting a different account replaces the current one.

Is this 2-way syncing?

Yes! Every event from Google will show on CO:CREATE, and all Appointments on CO:CREATE will show on your Google Calendar.

What syncs to Google Calendar

Every appointment you schedule on CO:CREATE is added to your Google Calendar, and updates and cancellations sync automatically. The Google event shows the appointment type, your Client's first name and last initial, the location, and a link back to the Booking. Always make appointment changes in CO:CREATE: edits made directly to the event in Google are overwritten the next time the appointment updates.

What shows from Google Calendar

Events from the calendars you toggled on appear on your CO:CREATE calendar with their title and time, and refresh whenever you open your calendar. If you schedule an appointment that overlaps a busy Google event, you'll see a warning first, so you never double-book by accident.

How to disconnect

Disconnect anytime from Settings > Scheduling. Future appointments stop syncing, and events already added to your Google Calendar stay there. If your connection expires, like after a Google password change, you'll see a prompt to reconnect.

Note: "Use an external calendar link for scheduling" on the same page is a separate setting. That's the scheduling link we send your Clients after they pay a deposit or Book a Wanna Do, and it is not affected by Google Calendar sync.
