You can schedule appointments after Clients book with you.
A Booking Request stays Open until the Client pays. Once their first payment goes through, the request moves to Booked, and that's when you can schedule appointments on it.
Schedule an appointment in two ways:
Tap the plus button in the bottom navigation bar, tap Schedule Appointment, and pick the Booking from the list
Open the booking request, tap the menu (top right), and tap Schedule Appointment
In the Schedule Appointment sheet, set:
Location: set automatically to the location the Client chose when they Booked (this can't be changed)
Appointment Type: Hourly, Half-day, Full-day, or Consultation
Date, Start Time, and End Time
You can schedule as many appointments as a booking needs.
Don't see the Booking you're looking for?
The plus button opens three options: Schedule Appointment, Request Deposit, and Request Payment. Each one lists only the Bookings it works on, so the list looks different depending on which you tap.
Schedule Appointment lists Booked requests only. If the request you want is still Open, it needs a paid Deposit first. Request one if you haven't already. Once the Client pays, the request moves to Booked and shows up in the list.
Prefer Clients to self-schedule? Turn on an external calendar link in your Scheduling settings, and it'll be sent to Clients after they pay a deposit. Read more here.
