How do I schedule appointments?

How to schedule an appointment for a Booked request in your CO:CREATE calendar.

You can schedule appointments after Clients book with you.

Schedule an appointment in two ways:

  • Tap the floating plus button on the and select "Appointment"

  • Open the booking request, tap the menu (top right), and tap Schedule Appointment

In the Schedule Appointment sheet, set:

  • Location: set automatically to the location the Client chose when they Booked (this can't be changed)

  • Appointment Type: Hourly, Half-day, Full-day, or Consultation

  • Date, Start Time, and End Time

You can schedule as many appointments as a booking needs.

Prefer Clients to self-schedule? Turn on an external calendar link in your Scheduling settings, and it'll be sent to Clients after they pay a deposit. Read more here.
