How to Manage Bookings on CO:CREATE

How to navigate and manage your Bookings on CO:CREATE: the Bookings list, status tabs, and payment shortcuts.

Your Bookings list is where all of your Booking Requests live.

You can accept or decline custom requests, schedule appointments, request deposits and session balances, and message Clients all in one place when they Book on CO:CREATE.

Booking status tabs

  • Open: requests needing review with no payments yet

  • Booked: requests you've accepted with at least one payment made

  • Completed: Booked requests that you've finished and marked complete

  • Declined: Open requests you've declined

Status badges

Badges flag what needs your attention: New, Needs Review, Deposit Requested, Deposit Expired, and Payment Requested.

The payments shortcut (+)

Tap the plus sign for quick deposit and payment requests. Choose Deposit Request (for a standard or custom deposit) or Payment Request (for session balances and walk-ins). You can also send requests for existing bookings without opening each one.

How Bookings move between tabs

  • Custom Bookings move to Booked once the deposit is paid

  • Wanna Do Bookings move to Booked as soon as they're Booked

  • Pay Link Bookings move to Booked once the Client pays, or automatically to Completed if you mark them complete
