Messaging Clients on CO:CREATE

How to message your Clients on CO:CREATE: your inbox, what you can send, message actions, and viewing Booking details.

Message your Clients directly about any Booking, right in the app.

You can access your chats from two places:

  • Your Messages inbox

  • Each Booking Request

Your Messages Inbox

Open your inbox from the speech bubble icon in the navigation bar.

In the inbox you'll see a list of all of your active conversations. When you have a new message, that conversation jumps to the top with a purple badge showing your unread count.

Chat from the Booking Request

Select your desired Booking Request from the Bookings List, and then open the chat.

What you can send in the chat:

  • Messages

  • Photos

  • Videos

  • Voice messages

Sending a voice message
Tap the microphone icon (bottom right), record, play it back if you want, then send or cancel.

Message actions
Long-press any message to edit it, copy the text, delete it (removes it for everyone), reply to it, or react with an emoji. Deleting a message can't undo an email, SMS, or push notification that already went out.

Viewing Booking details from a chat
Tap the Booking Request title at the top of a conversation to open a scrollable panel with the full Booking details, next steps, and payment status.

Request deposits and payments from the chat

Tap the banner to request a payment or deposit

System messages
When something happens, like a deposit being requested or paid, a read-only system message appears to keep you and your Client on the same page.
