How to report a bug or something that isn't working right in the CO:CREATE app.

Run into a bug or a problem? Please let us know.

Reach out to our Support Team about:

  • Bugs or issues when something's not working in the app

  • Frustrations you run into while using the app

  • A problem with an Artist, a Client, or a Booking

To help us look into it quickly, include:

  • Description of what happened

  • Who or what it involves (the Artist, Client, or Booking)

  • Screenshots or any error messages, if you have them

  • What device or internet browser you were using (if reporting a bug)
