Payments on CO:CREATE

To take payment for Custom Bookings, Wanna Do Designs, and create Pay Links, you'll need to connect your account to Stripe, our secure payment processor. Setup is quick and gets you ready to receive Deposits and Payments, so you can get paid for your Bookings.

Your profile and Booking Form are visible to Clients even without Stripe connected. You can share your profile publicly and receive Booking Requests right away. You'll just need Stripe in place before you can take payment.

Here's how:

• Sign in to your CO:CREATE Artist Account at https://www.cocreate.ink/
• Tap the menu icon (top right)
• Select Account → Manage Your Payments (Stripe)
• Follow the prompts to add your business details, verify your identity, and link your bank account

Once your Stripe account is connected, payments are automatically deposited into your bank account within 1 to 3 business days.

To check payout dates and transaction details:

• Tap the menu icon → Account
• Select Manage Your Payments (Stripe)
• Sign in to Stripe (use the same email as your CO:CREATE account)

You'll see projected payout dates, Client names, amounts paid, and more.

Ways to collect payment

There are three ways to collect payment from a Client on CO:CREATE:

• Pay Links. Send a Custom Payment Link to any Client, whether they've booked with you on CO:CREATE before or not. Set the amount, share the link or QR code, and the Booking lands on your list as soon as the Client pays. Pay Links are the right choice for walk-ins, flash events, end-of-session balances, and pre-payments. See What are Pay Links? for the full breakdown.
• Request a payment on an existing Booking. For Bookings already on CO:CREATE, request the next session balance directly from the Booking. See How to Request Session Balances on CO:CREATE.
• Deposits. Request a Deposit to confirm a new Booking. See Deposits on CO:CREATE.

All three route through Stripe and pay out to the same bank account.

Client Fees

All fees are applied to the Client's balance at checkout, not deducted from what you earn:

• Booking Fee: $10 per Booking (charged once when the Client pays their Deposit, or their first payment on a Pay Link)
• Processing Fee: 3% Stripe fee on all Deposits and payments

Clients paying through CO:CREATE also see Buy Now, Pay Later options including Klarna and Affirm. They pay over time while you still get paid in full upfront.

Important: Deposits and payments should be taken on platform so the booking fee is collected and CO:CREATE stays free for you. Pay Links make this easy in any conversation, online or in person.
