Getting Paid

To take payment for Custom Bookings and Wanna Do Designs, you'll need to connect your account to Stripe, our secure payment processor. Setup is quick and gets you ready to receive Deposits and Session Payments, so you can get paid for your bookingsl.

Your profile and Booking Form are visible to Clients even without Stripe connected. You can share your profile publicly and receive Booking Requests right away. You'll just need Stripe in place before you can take payment.

Setup is quick and ensures you're paid on time.

Here's how:
  1. Sign in to your CO:CREATE Artist Account at https://www.cocreate.ink/
  2. Tap the menu icon (top right)
  3. Select "Account" → "Manage Your Payments (Stripe)"
  4. Follow the prompts to add your business details, verify your identity, and link your bank account



Once your Stripe account is connected, payments are automatically deposited into your bank account within 1-3 business days.

To check payout dates and transaction details:
  1. Tap the menu icon → "Account"
  2. Select "Manage Your Payments (Stripe)"
  3. Sign in to Stripe (use the same email as your CO:CREATE account)
You'll see projected payout dates, client names, amounts paid, and more.



Client Fees

All fees are applied to the client's balance at checkout, not deducted from what you earn:
  • Booking Fee: $10 per booking (charged once when the client pays their deposit)
  • Processing Fee: 3% Stripe fee on all deposits and payments
Important: Deposits must be taken on platform so the booking fee is collected and CO:CREATE remains free for you.
