To feel confident before you Book, take time to look through an Artist's portfolio and Wanna Do Designs. For custom work, you can submit a Booking Request and message the Artist to talk through your idea before you pay a deposit. You'll see and agree to the Artists policies before you Book.
What is protected
The Booking Assurance Policy protects your deposit if your Artist can't get your appointment booked after you've paid. Learn more about the Booking Assurance Policy.
What isn't covered
The Booking Assurance Policy doesn't cover cancellations, no-shows, or a change of mind. Each Artist sets their own deposit policy for those situations, and you agree to it before you Book.
