On CO:CREATE, your Artist manages their own Bookings from start to finish, including all scheduling and follow-up. We're here to help along the way when it's useful, and to make sure things keep moving after you pay.
Here's how it works:
When you pay the first deposit or payment on your Booking, we notify your Artist that you've Booked with them.
From that point, your Artist has 14 days to contact you and start the scheduling process. Your first appointment doesn't have to happen within those 14 days, but your Artist does need to reach out and work with you toward getting a date on the books.
We may check in with both you and your Artist along the way to confirm things are moving.
If your Artist doesn't respond to us or make a genuine effort to start booking within those 14 days, we can step in. Depending on the situation, that may mean closing or canceling the Booking, issuing you a refund, or taking action on the Artist's status on CO:CREATE.
