What should I do if a customer requests a refund?

Generally, all tattoos sold on Co:Create Ink tattoos are final and non-refundable. However, there are a few exceptions where we will issue a refund:
  1. Booking Guarantee: If the buyer cannot find a suitable time to get the tattoo, we will issue a refund. Therefore, it's essential to include relevant booking information (such as available dates) when posting your tattoo.
  2. Artist Request: If you request us to issue a refund, we will honor your request.
  3. Customer Service: In rare cases, we may decide to approve a refund for customer service reasons. We will always confirm with you before issuing a refund.
