Generally, all tattoos sold on CO:CREATE are final and non-refundable. However, there are a few exceptions where can issue can be refunded.
- Booking Guarantee: If the client cannot find a suitable time to schedule their tattoo session we will issue a refund. Therefore, it's essential to include relevant booking information (such as available dates) when posting your tattoo.
- Artist Request: If you request us to issue a refund, we will honor your request.
- Customer Service: In rare cases, we may decide to approve a refund for customer service reasons. We will always confirm with you before issuing a refund.
By ensuring clear communication and providing necessary booking details, you can help minimize refund requests and provide a smooth experience for your buyers.
