Now, you can view the inquiry details from the client:
When you're ready, scroll to the bottom of the inquiry and click "Book":
Requesting the Deposit
Now you're ready to request the deposit:
- Enter a title for the project. We recommend something that you can use to easily reference the project later. Details like the concept, size, or placement.
- Enter a deposit amount and set an expiration date.
- If you have a deposit amount set in your Policy settings, it will pre-fill for you. However, you can adjust this to any amount you’d like.
- The expiration date is how long you will give the client to pay the deposit. If they don’t pay the deposit in time, you will need to renew the deposit request later.
- Optionally, if you have provided a quote or defined a first appointment date with the client, you can enter those as well. If you do not enter the optional details here, you can provide them later.
Click “Send to client”
The client will be notified that they have a new deposit request, and will be able to come back to Co:Create to pay it. Once they do, you will be notified of the successful deposit.
