How to Request Session Balances

  1. Finding Your Inquiries

    1. To request a final payment, navigate to Inquiries on the right hand menu.

    2. The Inquiry will be under the Booked tab from the main menu.

    3. Select which inquiry you would like to request a payment from.


Requesting New Payment

Select Request New Payment  at the top of the screen to request a session balance. 

 



Then you will complete the prompts.

1. Select the appointment date from the appointment list and enter the Amount Due underneath it.

2. If you don't need to schedule another session, check the check box for Is this project completed?  .

     a. If you need to schedule another appointment with the client, leave the check box blank.

3. To send the payment request to the client, click Request Payment


If you need to mark the inquiry as complete at any time you can scroll down and select the Completed button. 


Once you've marked the project as completed, you will see the inquiry move to the Completed section in your account. 

 

If you accidentally mark an inquiry as completed and need to reopen it, just click into the inquiry an scroll down till you see Mark As Open and click it.
