Featured Artists puts your work in front of more Clients. Anyone can browse Featured Artists by location and style, no account needed, on the web or in the CO:CREATE iOS app. Artists who meet the requirements are added automatically. There's nothing to set up and nothing to pay.
How to be a Featured Artist
Open your Books. Connect your Stripe account, open at least one Location, and turn on your Custom Booking Form or upload a Wanna Do so Clients can Book with you.
Complete your profile. Add a bio, at least one style tag, and 10 or more portfolio photos, so Clients know what to expect.
Book on CO:CREATE. Any Booking with at least one paid Deposit or Payment in the last 30 days. Booking Requests, Wanna Dos, and Pay Links all count. Unpaid Booking Requests don't.
Meet all three and you're Featured.
What Clients see
You appear in the Featured Artists list, and in the map view you show as a pin for each of your open Locations. Your card shows your featured image, name, Instagram handle, and location, plus a Wanna Dos badge if you have designs ready to Book. Tapping your card or pin opens your profile, where Clients can check out your work and Book with you.
Your address stays private
In the map view, your pin shows your general area, never your exact address. Clients get your full address only after they Book with a Deposit. Closed Locations never appear.
How your placement is decided
Booking recently matters most: the more recently you've Booked, the higher you're featured. From there, the more complete your profile and portfolio, the higher you rank. Keep Booking consistently and keep your profile filled out to stay at the top.
Not showing anymore?
One of the requirements has lapsed. Run through these:
Been 30 days since your last paid Booking? This is the most common reason. Book your next Client and you're back.
Can Clients still Book you? If your Custom Booking Form is off and your Wanna Dos have sold out, you won't show. Turn your form back on or add a new Wanna Do.
Is a Location open? Closed Locations don't appear, and neither do Artists with no open Location.
Trimmed your profile? Your bio, at least one style tag, and 10 or more portfolio photos are required to stay Featured.
