How do I set up my FAQs?

How to set up your profile FAQs on CO:CREATE to answer common Client questions and reduce back-and-forth.

Your FAQs help Clients understand your process and set expectations before they Book.

Good FAQs cut down on back-and-forth messaging and answer questions for Clients before they even Book with you.

Add or update your FAQs

  1. Sign in at cocreate.ink

  2. Open the hamburger menu (top right)

  3. Tap "Profile"

  4. Select the FAQs tab

  5. Add your questions and answers:

    • Keep them short, clear, and focused

    • Break bigger topics into separate FAQs so they're easy to read

    • Cover what Clients ask most: rescheduling, pricing, process, and what to expect

  6. Tap Save, then add another
