At CO:CREATE, we celebrate artistic freedom and individuality. You’re welcome to upload original one-of-one designs, reimagined versions of past work, and pre-drawn tattoos that reflect your creative style.
However, all designs must follow a few key guidelines to ensure CO:CREATE remains a respectful, inclusive, and legally compliant space for both Artists and clients.
What You Can Sell

Original tattoo designs (pre-drawn, flash, one-of-one)

Variations or reinterpretations of tattoos you’ve previously sold or posted

Custom-ready artwork that includes clear descriptions and booking instructions
What’s Not Allowed
1. Intellectual Property Infringement
You may not upload tattoo designs that directly copy or closely resemble artwork you don’t own or have explicit permission to use. This includes:

Characters from films, TV, comics, or games

Company logos and trademarks

Celebrity likenesses without consent
2. Violations of CO:CREATE’s Decency Standards
Content that violates the following will be removed and may result in account suspension or removal:

Non-consensual or violent sex acts (implied or explicit)

Fetish content involving acts likely to result in death, including dismemberment, cannibalism, or bestiality

Hate speech or defamatory content targeting any religion, race, gender, sexual orientation, or identity

Imagery considered racist, sexist, homophobic, or transphobic
These standards are defined in the Artist Addendum and CO:CREATE’s Terms of Service.
NSFW (Not Safe for Work) Content
We allow artistic nudity and sexuality on CO:CREATE. However:

Tattoos deemed NSFW will be automatically filtered by CO:CREATE

They will not appear in public galleries unless a client opts to view them

This designation is made at our discretion
This system helps protect artists while ensuring respectful and intentional discovery for clients.
