Scheduling Set Up

CO:CREATE gives you control over how you schedule your Clients.

You can schedule appointments directly within a Booking and view all of your appointments in your CO:CREATE calendar.
 

How to update your scheduling settings:

  • Open the main menu in the top right corner

  • Select "Profile", and then select "Scheduling"

From here, you'll see two options: Manual or Auto scheduling.

Manual scheduling

Schedule appointments yourself within each Booking. This keeps you in full control of your calendar and availability. All appointments you schedule appear directly on the booking request form, and also in your CO:CREATE calendar.

Auto-scheduling 

If you prefer to let Clients pick their own appointment date and time, you can link an external scheduling tool like Calendly or Acuity. Turn the toggle on in your Scheduling settings and add your link.

When auto-scheduling is on, Clients are sent your scheduling link immediately after paying a deposit, so they can schedule their own appointment from your availability.
