Pricing Set Up
Set your deposit amount, add pricing to the appointment types you offer, and decide if your rates should display publicly to clients on their profile.
Standard Deposit Amount (Required)
This amount is used by default when you request a Deposit, and it also powers your Standard Deposit Link. You can edit a Deposit amount before sending if needed.
Standard Deposit Link
Once your Standard Deposit Amount is set, your Standard Deposit Link is ready to share. It's a repeatable URL that reads your Standard Deposit Amount live, so you can send the same link to unlimited Clients.
From this screen you can:
- Copy the URL to paste into Instagram DMs, your bio, your story, or SMS
- Share the QR code natively from your phone
- Print the QR code for your station, front desk, or convention booth
The Standard Deposit Link is only payable while your Books are Open. When your Books are Closed, the link turns off automatically so you won't accidentally take Deposits from Clients you can't fit in. For one-off Deposit requests when your Books are Closed, use a Custom Deposit Link instead (see What are Pay Links?).
Rates (Optional)
These amounts display to Clients in the Offerings section of your Artist profile and on Wanna Do listings, when Public Pricing is turned on.
Public Pricing toggle (on by default)
- On: Rates display in the Offerings section of your Artist profile. Your Standard Deposit Amount is not displayed publicly.
- Off: A short message displays in the Offerings section of your Artist profile in place of rates.
