If artists want to auto-schedule clients instead, they can add an external calendar link to your “Scheduling” settings, see how to set this up here

Edit Appointment: Artist can edit the date, time or appointment type as needed

Note: Each appointment must be synced manually. We don’t yet have a way to sync to Calendar automatically. Syncing to Google Calendar simply creates an appointment in their selected calendar.
    • Any edits made to the appointment in Google Calendar does not change the appointment listed in CO:CREATE
    • Any edits made to the appointment in CO:CREATE does not change the appointment in Google Calendar.
Delete appointment: To remove the appointment from the Booking Request.

*Note: If the artist deletes the appointment on the Booking Request after they’ve synced it to their Google Calendar, it will not remove it from Google Calendar. They will need to delete it from both places.
