How do I speak with the Artist?

While you’re still deciding:

Our Support Team can help answer most questions before you book. If there’s something only the Artist can answer, we’ll reach out to them for you.

After you book:

Once you purchase a tattoo, you’ll be connected with the Artist directly via chat on the CO:CREATE platform. You’ll get notified when your Artist responds, and you’ll be able to discuss everything needed to prepare for your session, including:

  • Booking a time that works for you

  • Finalizing customizations or tweaks

  • Confirming placement

  • Getting aftercare instructions

Everything happens in one place—making it easy to stay in touch and keep things moving smoothly.
