How Do I Delete My Account or Data?
Consumer privacy laws give you the right to request deletion of certain personal information we hold, unless specific exceptions apply.

Q: What happens after I request deletion?
A: Here's what we'll do within 30 days:
- Delete, deidentify, or aggregate the personal information described in your request from our systems.
- Direct our service providers to do the same, unless an exception applies.
- Notify the third parties we previously shared your information with to delete it: Sendbird, Customer.io, Stripe, HubSpot, Supabase, Metabase, and Zapier.
Q: Is everything gone immediately?
A: Almost. Deleted personal information may stay in our backup or archive systems until the next time we access or use those systems, at which point it's cleared. Some information we're also required to keep, like records for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or completing transactions you've already made. We hold onto that only as long as necessary, then securely delete it.
Q: Do you keep any record of my request?
A: Yes. We keep a record of your deletion request for at least 24 months to meet our legal obligations. Any information kept for this purpose is used only to document your request and our response.
Q: Want to update your info instead of deleting it?
A: You can edit your name, email, and phone number anytime in Account Settings. Open the hamburger menu and tap Account. See Account Settings.
